I was only looking at houses for about two weeks when we went and walked through the final one. I had found this house and in 10 minutes I was meeting Wayne there for a walkthrough. Wayne began working with my husband and I in November of 2017, when we were no where close to being ready to buy a house. He did not hesitate to give us advice on what to do to prepare and get started in this process. We bought the perfect home for our family one year later, In November of 2018. We had told him that we should be ready in about 6 months or so and he waited but did not forget about us. He never pushed us, except for going to go look at properties we were interested in. I later found out if we didn't look at something we liked right away, it was very likely it would be gone. He always gave honest advice. A home would look beautiful in pictures but he would help us to see what would hurt us in the future if we decided to resale. When we finally found the house, he didn't push ahead until he knew we were ready. He met with us numerous times to look at the house and to have inspections completed. He was always a text or phone call away. He got us the absolute best price, seller paid closing cost and a 1 year home warranty that was seller paid as well. He is very informative and I will definitely refer to him!

I found Wayne from Zillow agent sites based on other people recommendation. My parents has moved out of the house after signing the contacts with Wayne. He has taken over to sell the house completely. He communicated constantly with us for any issues or questions by phone, text messages and emails. He helped us to move the furniture to the curb and arranged the furniture pick up from city. He suggested that we lower the price to sell the house quickly. Once we took his advice, he remembered a previous buyer who showed the interest and call the buyer's agent. The buyer was able to make the offer next day. After that, Wayne walked us through the selling process and signed all the papers electronically. He answered all of calls and text message promptly. Overall, my parents are very happy with Wayne's support and help through each step of selling process.

Wayne didn't have to try too hard to convince my husband who doesn't trust people generally, that he's what we needed after what we went through with former realtor.
